Restriction of Mail Permissions 

Purpose

In order to prevent users (e. g. external users) from sending mass emails from your system, you can restrict the number of recipients those users can send emails to.

Process Flow

In order to configure the restriction in the portal, two steps are necessary:

       1.      Assigning restricted mail permissions to users

You assign the users you want to prevent from sending mass emails, to a portal role with a restricted permission for sending emails.

       2.      Restricting the number of mail recipients

You specify the maximum number of email recipients in the configuration of the Send Mail Service.

Result

Users with restricted mail permission can send emails to only the specified number of recipients.
