Use

You can define the areas from which you want to be shown the folders in the initial screen

Only the functions that are relevant for the particular area are offered.

If you choose a function that is offered for more than one area, you are asked in which area you want to execute the function.

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse.

Procedure

To choose an area:

  1. Choose Settings ® Choose areas.

    2. The Choose Area dialog box appears.

  2. Choose the areas in which you want to work and which should be displayed in the initial screen.
  3. Copy the selection.

Result

The folders of the areas chosen are displayed in the initial screen.
