You can check if the help links that were set function properly.

You can also correct faulty help links.

Features

This function:

·        Checks help links for chosen folders or packages

·        Corrects help links

The help links can be:

·        Correct help links

All the help links whose combination of structure and content object is correct are listed here.

However, these help links can also contain:

¡        Multiple identical help links

¡        Help links from application objects to several combinations of structure/content object

·        Help links to be deleted

Help links to be deleted can occur if:

¡        The help link refers to a combination of structure/content objects in a folder that is not productive and that only exists once

¡        The information object (structure or content object), but not the help link, was deleted

¡        The content object is not part of any structure

¡        There is no released version of the content object in either the current or earlier contexts

·        Help links that can be replaced

Help links that can be replaced can occur if:

¡        The help link refers to a combination of structure/content objects in a folder that is not delivery-relevant. There is also another relevant combination of structure/content objects in a folder that is not productive

¡        Structure was deleted. The content object still exists in another productive structure.

·        Help links that cannot be replaced

Help links that cannot be replaced occur if:

¡        The help link refers to a combination of structure/content objects in a folder that is not productive There are also two more relevant combinations of structure/content objects in a productive folder

Activities

Check the help links and correct them by deleting or replacing them.
