Use

In topics or in text, you can detach a PowerPoint graphic from a file containing several graphics and insert it in your content object.

Prerequisites

You have opened a content object in Word.

You opened PowerPoint.

Procedure

To insert a graphic in the content object from a file containing several graphics:

  1. In the PowerPoint sort view, select the graphic you want to insert in your content object and copy it to the clipboard.
  2. Go to your content object in Word.
  3. Place the cursor where the graphic should be inserted.
  4. Choose Edit ® Insert contents.
  5. Select Microsoft PowerPoint slide object.
  6. Deactivate the options Put over text and As symbol.
  7. Choose OK.

Result

The PowerPoint graphic is inserted in your content object.
