You installed the Knowledge Workbench from the SAPGui CD.

To start the Knowledge Workbench:

1. Choose Start ® Programs ® SAP Frontend ® Knowledge Workbench.

The initial screen of the Knowledge Workbench appears.

2. Select the mode in which you want to start the Knowledge Workbench.

• To work in online mode, enter the required data in the Work online tab page of the logon dialog box.
• To work offline, select a content in the Work offline tab page of the logon dialog box.

1. Choose Log on.

The Knowledge Workbench is started. An Explorer window with the available content spaces is displayed.
