Procedure documentation Inserting a New Multimedia Object  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You are in the Edit Structure screen.

Procedure

To insert a new multimedia object into a structure:

  1. Position the cursor where the new multimedia object should be inserted.
  2. Choose Info Object ® Insert ® At Same Level or As Subnode.

    3. The Insert Info Object dialog box appears.

  3. Choose Create New Info Object.

The Info Object Class dialog box appears:
  1. Choose the info object class Multimedia Object.

    2. The Select Source Object dialog box appears.

  2. Go to the directory containing the multimedia object.
  3. Choose the object and choose Open.

    4. The Create Attributes dialog box appears.

  4. Enter the required data.
  5. Save the structure.

Result

The multimedia object is created in the structure and is thus checked into the Knowledge Warehouse.
