Checking In Information Objects
You can check information objects you have created or edited in the local repository into Knowledge Warehouse.
Once you have checked in the information objects, their updated content is available for other Knowledge Warehouse users.
You are working with the Knowledge Workbench in the online mode.
The information objects have been created or changed.
To check information objects into Knowledge Warehouse, proceed as follows:
...
1. In the local repository select the information objects you want to check in.

You can only check in information objects that have the value Yes for the attribute Changed. New or changed information objects are highlighted.
2. Choose Info Object ® Check In Info Object(s).
The selected information objects are checked into Knowledge Warehouse.
The selected information objects have been checked into Knowledge Warehouse.
If you had checked out objects for editing, the new or updated versions of these objects are now available in Knowledge Warehouse.
Information objects that you did not change or create are left in the local repository. So you can continue working with these objects without having to check them out again. If you do not want to work on these information objects any more, you can remove them. (See Removing Information Objects from the Local Repository.)
