Use

In the portal archive, SAP delivers a new template for creating a My Rooms iView.
In contrast to the portal favorites iView, this iView provides favorites support tailored to suit rooms.

The iView lists only the rooms that the user can actually enter at the current time. A room that the user is a member of does not appear in the My Rooms iView in the following cases:

●      The room has been deleted.

●      The room has been hidden.

●      The room has been locked.

Creating the iView
To use the portal archived to create the iView, go to the required folder in the portal catalog and choose New from PAR ® iView. Choose the portal archive com.sap.netweaver.col.appl.ui.room and the portal component RoomFavoritesQuickLaunch. You can enter any name and ID.

Important iView properties
If the iView is included in a room, you should assign the property com_sap_netweaver_coll_roomquicklaunch_roomid to the room ID.
You can use the LinkPrefix for the RoomFavoritesQuickLaunch property to control the iView navigation. You are then using the JavaScript Framework epcm.
