Use

In room template administration and room part template administration, you can call up the validation function from the context menu for each template.

This function checks the completeness and usability of the template and issues a log containing information messages, warning messages, and error messages. The template check includes the following aspects:

●      Is there a workset for the template?

●      Is at least one room role assigned to each page in the workset?

●      Are the assignments of the parameters to the iView properties valid? (Do the iView and parameters exist?)

●      Are the extensions configured correctly?
(Each extension provides a specific validation mechanism that you can modify to suit the requirements of your company.)

The messages issued are identifiable by a preceding icon as information, warnings, or errors and contain information about troubleshooting.
