Navigation in the Web Browser (Training Area) 

Use

You can navigate between the displayed information objects in the Web Browser with this function.

Prerequisites

You are in the Web Browser of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse.

Functionality

You have the following navigation options:

Blue Banner

·        Home

The initial screen of the Knowledge Warehouse appears. You can navigate from there in the training area to the training material and in the documentation area to the documentation of the individual application components.

·        Context selection

You can define the context (language, release). The training material is displayed in the given context.

·        Search

You go to the initial screen for the full-text search and can search for content objects of the Knowledge Warehouse using search terms.

Gray Banner

·        Hide/Show Structure

You can hide the structure displayed in the left frame with this function.

·        Select a chapter:

You can navigate between the individual chapters in level 2 courses with this function.

·        Notes

You can show the notes for a slide in an additional frame with this function.

Navigation Area

·        Open all

The structure displayed in the left frame is opened with this function. You see the expanded structure with all its subnodes.

·        Close all

The structure displayed in the left frame is closed with this function. You see the expanded structure with all its subnodes.

·        Back

You can navigate upward step-by-step within the structure displayed in the left frame with this function.

·        Forward

You can navigate downward step-by-step within the structure displayed in the left frame with this function.

·        Synchronize

You can display the corresponding structure for the displayed content object with this function.

For example, if you got to a SAP NetWeaver content object from a content object in ERP using hyperlinks and you select Synchronize, the corresponding structure for SAP NetWeaver is also displayed for the content object in SAP NetWeaver.
