Inserting Graphics
You can insert graphics into XML-based content objects.
To do this you create links to graphics that are stored as info objects in SAP KW. Arbortext Epic Editor displays a preview of the graphic in the XML object. When the objects are published, SAP KW removes the links and inserts the graphics before the objects are physically released to the document to be published.
You have created graphics as info objects of media object class in the XML documents area of SAP KW.
You have checked out an XML-based content object in Knowledge Workbench and are now in the Arbortext Epic Editor.
1. Choose SAPKW ® Insert KW Graphics and then the required graphic type.

The graphic types available and their respective uses are specified by the SAP Course DTD, that is, by the structure of a training course. For more information about the graphic types, see the SAP F1 help for the tags used in the Arbortext Epic Editor.
You may want to insert the graphic in a position that the DTD for that graphic type does not allow. If you have chosen the menu option Smart Insert, the Arbortext Epic Editor automatically inserts the graphic at the next position allowed by the DTD.
2. In the Knowledge Workbench select the required info object.
3. Save your changes.
A preview of the graphic and the link to the graphic info object are displayed in the XML document.
