Use

Maintaining index entries makes it easier to find information.

Integration

The index entries are used in the Info Object Viewer (HTML help) to find the index.

The index entries are created in the terminology database and maintained with a special interface. The authoring system is directly linked to the terminology maintenance.

Prerequisites

You are in the Info Object List.

The content objects have Editing status and have not been checked out.

Note

You can only maintain index entries for content objects.

Activities

Call the index list with Attributes ® Change ® Index entries.
