Use

You can insert XML-based info objects into other XML-based info objects.

There are two ways of doing this:

·        You can insert an include-type link to another XML object in SAP KW.  Before the document is published, SAP KW removes the link and physically inserts this document into the entire document to be published.

·        You can insert a standard hyperlink to another XML object in SAP KW.  This type of link is not removed when the document is published.

 

Prerequisites

You have created XML documents as info objects with class - course, lesson, exercise or XML object - in the XML Documents area of SAP KW.

You have checked out an XML-based content object in Knowledge Workbench and are now in the Arbortext Epic Editor.

 

Procedure

Choose SAPKW ® Insert KW XML Object, if you want to insert an object that is to be published in its entirety.

Choose SAPKW ® Insert KW Hyperlinks, if you want to create a hyperlink to a different info object that is not to appear in its entirety in the published document.
