Creating Content Objects 

Use

You can create new content objects in different info object classes with attributes specific to the area in which the content object is to be created.

Procedure

To create a content object:

...

       1.      Open the folder in which you want to create the new content object.

       2.      Check that the right context is set.

       3.      Choose Info Object ®New  ® Info Object...

The Create New Content Object wizard appears.

       4.      Choose Continue.

       5.      Choose the content type for the new content object and continue.

       6.      Enter the attributes for the new content object.

If you maintained default values, the fields are already defined.

       7.      Choose Finish.

Result

The content object is created in the local repository.
