Procedure documentation Inserting a New Content Object in a Structure  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You are in the Knowledge Workbench.

You opened a structure in the Structure Editor.

Procedure

To insert a new content object in the structure:

  1. Position the cursor where the new content object should be inserted.
  2. Choose Edit ® New info object ® Before node ... or After node ... or As first subnode ... or As last subnode ...

    3. The Create New Content Object wizard appears.

  3. Choose Continue.
  4. Select the content type for the new content object and continue.
  5. Enter the attributes for the new content object.

    6. If you maintained default values, the fields are already defined.

  6. Choose Finish.

Result

The new content object is inserted in the structure.
