IGS Administration with TA SIGS/Report GRAPHICS_IGS_ADMIN 

Use

For the IGS administration via an ABAP interface, the report GRAPHICS_IGS_ADMIN or transaction SIGS, where the report has been encapsulated, can be used.

Prerequisites

In order to be able to use transaction SIGS, you

●      need to have installed the Support Package SAPKB70011. For more information, see note 988677.

●      you need to implement administration authorization for transaction SIGS, see note 988677.

Features

When you open transaction SIGS, you see the administration page of the IGS:

The administration page shows statistic charts for the number of calls for each registered interpreter and the minimum, maximum, and average processing time for a chart per interpreter.

As of SAP NetWeaver 7.00, the version of the IGS and a legend for the charts are displayed, too.

Additionally, the administration page allows direct read access to the IGS log files of the multiplexer and each registered portwatcher.

Activities

From the Administration page you can jump to the following views:

·        Administration: shows the administration page                                                                           

·        Status: shows the status page.                                                                            

·        Statistics: shows the statistics page.                   

·        Display Dumps: shows the dump list page.
