Comments, Notes, and Highlights in Forms 

To insert comments and notes in PDF documents, or to highlight text, use Adobe Acrobat or, if you have the appropriate Reader rights, Adobe Reader. When you sign a form, the signature is also valid for any comments in the form. Any changes that are subsequently made to these comments in a document version will invalidate the signature.
