Error Reporting 
Prerequisites
Before you report an error, you should read Error Identification and Analysis.
Procedure
The objective of error reporting is to make error processing efficient for SAP and SAP partners.
You should provide the following information in an error message:

You will find details of the error and the area in which it occurred in the log or developer trace of the log viewer. |

Context information
|
You will find details of the installed software components in SLD or in the system node of the CCMS Alert Monitor (RZ20). |

Other important information |
Activities that led to the error (if known). Any counter-measures already tried. Information about how the error can be reproduced (if available). |
