Use

The Content and Action Upload portal tool (formerly known as the Generic Creator) allows you to automate and simplify the creation of semantic portal objects by means of an XML-based script. The tool also enables you to perform certain actions in the portal, such as content deletion.

New handlers are now available with the tool enabling you to do the following:

·        Assign users and groups to roles.

·        Assign aliases to portal systems.

·        Run other XML scripts from an XML scripts. This handler also provides useful looping feature and can also pass parameter values, which allows you to perform automated batch replacements.

·        Working with translation worklists.
