Use

One of the main responsibilities in strategic procurement is to ensure a company’s long-term supply of products. The strategic purchaser can use Vendor Risk Analysis to identify supply risks and deal with them.

The Probability of Insolvency Web report displays D&B Score and D&B Rating key figures together with the procurement volume for individual vendors.

In addition, a world map (BexMap) shows the worldwide distribution of the vendor master (dependent on product category, for example). The darker the color of the individual countries, the more vendors have supplied products within the last 12 months. The aim is to distribute vendors over countries and continents to guarantee long-term supply.

Integration

The Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_SRM_STRAT_PURCHASER (strategic purchaser) in the Risk Analysis folder.

Prerequisites

·        You have activated the role SAP_BW_SRM_STRAT_PURCHASER.

·        You use SAP BW integration for D&B data for the Web report Probability of Insolvency.

Features

After you have selected one or more product categories, the vendor risk analysis is called for the relevant products. You can print the vendor risk analysis and send it via e-mail. The Number of Vendors per Country report in the form of a world map can also be displayed as a list.
