Use
With the Open function on the BEx toolbar you can open existing workbooks, queries, stored query views, and exceptions. You can also define a new query for an InfoProvider or change an existing query.

If you want to change an existing query or define a new one, choose Open ® Queries.

If you want to open an existing workbook or query, or if you want to define a new query, start the Business Explorer Analyzer, and, from the Microsoft Excel main menu, choose the function SAP Business Explorer ® Open, or alternatively, use the Open pushbutton on the BEx toolbar.
