Web Template: All Bid Invitations

Use

This Web template displays an overview of the bid invitations, their status, and the number of bid items and submitted bids. Here, you can analyze individual bid invitations or compare submitted bids.

Integration

The Web template uses the table interface class RS_BCT_SRM_BID_ANALYSE to enter symbols for sorting, and for branching to further reports.

This Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_SRM_BIDDING_PURCHASER (bid invitations and bids for purchasers).

Prerequisites

The role SAP_BW_SRM_BIDDING_PURCHASING has to be activated.

Features

You can filter/search using certain bid invitations by specifying a bid invitation, a status, or a processing date. You can sort the display of bid invitations with a certain characteristic using the sort symbol. You can show/hide further information via the navigation bar.

You can branch to Analysis of Bid Invitation Items and Bid Invitation Attributes via the actions column. After bids have been submitted, it is also possible to branch to Simple Price Comparison and Bid Comparison of Attributes.
