Find, Display and Delete Scheduled Broadcast Settings 

Use

You are able to find and display broadcast settings that have been scheduled for execution when data is changed or at a predetermined point in time by using various criteria. You are also able to delete scheduling, if necessary.

Broadcast settings that have been scheduled in SAP background processing are not displayed in the Overview of Scheduled Settings.

Prerequisites

You have scheduled at least one broadcast setting. For more information, see Scheduling Broadcast Settings.

Procedure

       1.      Choose Overview of Scheduled Settings.

       2.      Enter one or more of the following search criteria:

¡        Event: Choose the time or the data change event for which the setting is scheduled.

¡        Settings: Enter the technical name of the broadcast setting manually or using  Selection. You can also search within an area.

¡        Created By: Enter the user name of the creator manually or using  Selection.You can also search within an area.

¡        Scheduled By: Enter the user name of the user who scheduled the broadcast setting manually or using  Selection. You can also search within an area.

       3.      Choose Select. The list of the relevant, scheduled broadcast settings appears in the bottom area of the BEx broadcaster.

       4.      If you wish you can select the scheduled broadcast settings and delete them using the Delete Selected Scheduling button.
