Use

You can choose to display the task panel toolbar to the right or the left of the workspace.

 

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose Tools ® Options.

       2.      From the Taskbar list of the Options ® View dialog box, select either Dock Right or Dock Left.

Alternatively, you can right-click the task panel toolbar and choose the appropriate option from the context menu.
