Use

In the technical workflow log, you can now limit the number of displayed workflow steps in the technical details view. This speeds up the display. If not all workflow steps are displayed, you can use icons to page through the steps, and a search function to search through the entire list.

You can define the number of workflow steps that you want to display in your personal workflow settings.

Effects on Customizing

You can define a default for the display of the technical workflow log in the Customizing settings (IMG). These default values apply when a user has not defined any personal settings.

Define the default in the following IMG activity:

In the Implementation Guide for SAP Web Application Server, choose Web Application Server  ® Business Management  ® SAP Business Workflow  ® Basic Settings (Workflow System)  ® Change Presettings for Personal Workflow Settings.
