Procedure documentation Replacing Incorrect R/3 Links Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You checked that the R/3 links are correct and incorrect R/3 links are displayed in the result list.

The Check Result List for R/3 Links is displayed.

Procedure

To replace an incorrect R/3 link:

  1. Expand a category of the R/3 links (R/3 link can be replaced or Select an R/3 link target).
  2. Double-click on an incorrect R/3 link.

    3. The Edit R/3 Link dialog box appears.

  3. Check the R/3 link.
  4. Select the R/3 link that should replace the incorrect R/3 link.
  5. Choose Copy selection.

    6. A deletion flag is set for the old R/3 link, and the new R/3 link is added as a white line.

  6. Choose Enter.

Result

The R/3 link is marked for replacement.

Note

To cancel replacing, select the edited R/3 link and choose Cancel.

To replace the incorrect R/3 links conclusively, choose Save.

You are asked for a change request that you must Structure link release when you have completed your work.
