Ad-hoc Query Designer: Changing
Queries 
You use the Ad-hoc Query Designer to create and change your Web application queries.
You have created a Web application using the Ad-hoc Query Designer Web item and have already defined a query there.
Moving characteristics or key figures
If you want to move characteristics or key figures into different areas (columns, rows, and so on), from the context menu of the InfoObject, choose Move ® Columns, Rows...
If you want to move the characteristic or key figure within an area, from the context menu of the InfoObject, choose Up or Down. The InfoObject is then moved one space up or down.
Removing characteristics or key figures
If you want to remove characteristics or key figures from the query, from the InfoObject context menu, choose Remove.
Displaying Structural Components
You can choose Structural Components from the context menu for key figures to display the individual components of the key figure structure.
Creating Restrictions
You can restrict key figures by characteristic values. From the context menu, choose Create Restriction You can find more detailed information under Ad-hoc Query Designer: Defining New Queries.
Displaying Restrictions
You can display restrictions that have already been defined for the key figure you are using. From the context menu, choose Display Restrictions

If the list of characteristics with restricted key figures is empty, you can add characteristics from the left-hand selection window of the InfoProvider objects using the context menu ® Restriction. You can find more detailed information under Ad-hoc Query Designer: Defining New Queries.
Selecting Filter Values
You can filter characteristics using a number of characteristic values to restrict the data set. Select the characteristic and from the context menu, choose Select Filter Value. You can find more detailed information under Ad-hoc Query Designer: Defining New Queries.
Changing Property Settings
Select the characteristic or key figure in the assigned area (rows, columns, and so on) and from the context menu, choose Properties.
Select the query name and from the context menu, choose Properties.

relevant symbol next to the name of the query (Condition

change, delete or create a new condition or exception.
