Backlog Overview in Delivery Service
Technical name: 0SD_C14_Q0002
Use
This query provides information about backorders of the previous week.
The backorders (in days) are analyzed, as well as an explicit counter-based assignment of backlogged orders within:
This query uses the characteristics sold-to party, material, plant, distribution channel and forwarding agent.
The initial status of this query first aggregates across all backlogged orders of the period restricted in the SAP-Exit-Variable Previous Weeks to characteristic
Calender day (0CALDAY)). If required, the further characteristics named above can be added to the drilldown.
Because a daily snapshot of the current backlog situation is loaded into the InfoCube as full update, the key figures must be defined with an exception aggregation via the reference characteristic Calendar day. In this way, for example, you can replace the calendar day in the query with the calendar month and then the latest backlog information of the selected month is displayed.
The underlying InfoCube to this query,
Backlogs (0SD_C14), still contains the key figure Backlog in Days (0BACKLOG). It only makes sense to add this key figure to the drilldown when your analysis has a very fine level of detail, e.g. a combination of sold-to party with material and calendar day. If you want a detailed evaluation on the document level, you can make the following changes:Free Characteristics
