Use

A new property, Highlight Entire Row of Selected Navigation Node, has been added to the Detailed Navigation iView.

When a node is selected in detailed navigation, the text of that node appears in bold. The new property now enables you to also highlight the entire row of the selected navigation node in detailed navigation.
