Procedure documentation Deleting Incorrect R/3 Links Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You checked that the R/3 links are correct and incorrect R/3 links are displayed in the result list.

The Check Result List for R/3 Links is displayed.

Deleting Single Incorrect R/3 Links

To delete a single incorrect R/3 link:

  1. Expand a category of the R/3 links.
  2. Double-click on an incorrect R/3 link.

    3. The Edit R/3 Link dialog box appears.

  3. Check the R/3 link.
  4. Choose Delete R/3 link.

Deleting Several Incorrect R/3 Links

  1. Expand a category of the R/3 links.
  2. Mark the R/3 links to be deleted.
  3. Choose Delete R/3 link.

Result

The R/3 link is marked for deletion.

Note

To cancel the deletion, select the R/3 link to be deleted and choose Cancel.

To completely delete the incorrect R/3 links, choose Save.

You are asked for a change request that you must Structure link release when you have completed your work.
