· Reach to jump targets via the Report/Report Interface
The report-report interface (RRI) enables you call-up programs from other programs using parameters. You can use it to jump from one report to another report that delivers more information. In BW, you can reach targets within and outside of BW. You can jump to the R/3 system connected or to another SAP system (as of Service API Release 6.10).
Depending on the report types you have selected for a query in the sender/receiver assignment, you can leave the query and:
- Start another query where the entry variants are filled by the selection conditions and element definitions of the selected cells of the sender query.
- Start reports, functions, and transactions inside and outside of BW.

You need to have defined the sender/receiver
assignment for the system to be able to offer jump targets. For more
information, see
Editing
Sender-Receiver Assignments for the R/RI in BW.

· Activate the function Repeat jump on double-click, to use a double-click to jump to a stored view of query data. See the Goto section below.
From the BEx toolbar, choose Goto ® Exceptions. A list of alerts for the exceptions is displayed for the query you have opened.
If you want to go to a stored query view, from the BEx toolbar, choose Goto. The descriptions of the stored views appear in the selection box. You can choose the view to which you want to jump.
You can also use a double mouse click to jump to the stored view. In the BEx toolbar, choose Goto ® Repeat Jump with Double-click. A checkmark appears next to Repeat Jump with Double-click to show that this function is active.
By double-clicking on a field in a query results area, you can jump to the stored query view of the same (or another) query. In this way, the field contents of the jump-query are included as parameters for the query for which you stored a view.
In the BEx toolbar, choose Goto. The jump targets that were previously assigned are displayed in the display frame. A single click will bring you to the required jump target. A new workbook is opened in the process. The selections made in the query definition are transferred into the jump target.

When jumping to a jump target outside of the BW, you need to select a source system and log on if necessary. You need to log on only once for each Excel session, even if you open several workbooks.
