Navigating with Hotkeys 
For those users who prefer not to, or cannot, navigate with a mouse, the portal supports navigation using hotkeys. The hotkeys become available when you set the accessibility flag. For information about the accessibility flag, see Accessibility.

Drag&Relate Scenario
To Drag&Relate using hotkeys:
...
...
1. Press SHIFT+F10 while on the element that you want to drag.
2. Select <Copy Shortcut> from the IE context menu.
3. Press SHIFT+F10 while on the target to which you want to relate the dragged element.
4. Select <Paste Shortcut> from the IE context menu.
