Providing Information In the Event of Problems
Accessing Rooms
You can provide information pages for situations in which users cannot access rooms. You can use information pages to achieve the following:
● Inform users about the issue
● Prevent nonmembers of a room launching pages or iViews in the room
SAP specifies the storage path and the IDs of the information pages for particular issues.
1. In the portal, choose Content Administration ® Portal Content.
2. Expand the Portal Content folder in the Portal Catalog.
3. In the com.sap.ip.collaboration folder, create a folder for the information pages with the folder ID RoomNavigation.

The uppercase and lowercase format of the folder ID must be identical to the name in this step.
4.
In the RoomNavigation folder, create the page required for each issue.
Enter the ID of the page in accordance with the overview below and follow the
specified uppercase and lowercase format exactly.
