Use

You can schedule requests for creating the display formats manually or automatically with this function.

The requests are processed according to their processing status and the free processes.

Integration

Display formats can only be created once the requests have been scheduled.

Prerequisites

You have installed and configured the services for creating display formats (see SAP Knowledge Warehouse Installation Guidelines).

The requirements of the R/3 System and the NT servers must be satisfied.

For automatic scheduling:

two systems are required, whereby information objects are transported to the consolidation system from the development system.

the flag Automatic gen. of static help after import must be set.

The information objects for the folder are released.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you start the consistency checks before creating the display formats. This will find inconsistencies in the folders that could result in errors when the display formats are created.

Correct any inconsistencies that are found.
