Component documentation Roles in SAP KW Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

SAP delivers more than 20 single roles defining the different authorizations required to execute specific tasks in SAP KW. You can identify these roles by the naming convention SAP_KM_*.

In role maintenance, you can adapt the roles delivered by SAP to meet your specific requirements or you can create completely new roles.

Note

No predefined roles are currently delivered for the new areas XML Documents and QM Manuals.
