Web Template: Bidders per Product Category

Use

This Web template displays all bidders for one or more product categories. It is an overview page that you use to select bidders for a bid invitation. It shows which bidders have bid on certain products in the past and whose bids were accepted. Another report shows how often a bidder responds to bid invitations. Data is displayed according to product category of the bid invitation. You can print the information or send it via e-mail.

You can include or remove further characteristics like bid month, purchasing group, purchasing organization, or description in the drilldown, using the checkboxes in the navigation bar.

If you select a key figure for a bidder, you can branch to the Details bidder. Depending on whether you selected won bids/or the number of bids, the detail view then contains either all bids, or just the bids that were won.

Integration

To add the links for key figures used to branch to the detail view, the Web template uses the table interface class RS_BCT_SRM_ANALYSE_BIETER.

This Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_SRM_BIDDING_PURCHASER (Bid Invitations and Bids for Purchasers).

Prerequisites

The role SAP_BW_SRM_BIDDING_PURCHASING has to be activated.
