Import and Export of User Management Data 

The following functions are available:

·        User Data Import: Here you can import users, groups, and roles.

·        User Data Export: Here you can export users. To export groups, use the export function in group management. To export roles, use the export function in role management.

Actions (not relevant for SAP Enterprise Portal)

To import and export user data, the administrator must be assigned the action UME.Batch_Admin.

To import and export user data for all companies, the administrator must be assigned the action UME. Manage_All_Companies
