New Functions and Changes

 

Some of the adapters shipped by SAP have new parameters and functions.

Adapters (Enhanced)

EOIO processing in the Adapter Engine is now receiver-specific.

A queue is provided for each receiver adapter.

Adapter Engine (Enhanced)

Modules are provided for the JMS adapter that enable async/sync and sync/async communication.

Async/Sync and Sync/Async Bridge in the JMS Adapter (New)

The Conversion Agent provides additional functions.

Conversion Agent (Enhanced)

Depending on the semantics of an integration process, you can now enable load balancing in inbound processing to improve performance.

Inbound Processing for Integration Processes (Enhanced)

You can now influence the transactional behavior of integration processes to improve performance.

Integration Processes: Transactional Behavior (Enhanced)

You can now schedule the starting and stopping of communication channels in the communication channel monitor.

Communication Channel Monitoring (Enhanced)

You can now define that principals are to be propagated from a sender to a receiver. You make the required settings in the collaboration agreement.

Collaboration Agreement (Enhanced)

You can now use a message editor to edit the header data or the payload of an asynchronous message with errors, or both.

The Adapter Engine documentation has been enhanced. The Activities section contains a summary of the settings you can make.

Additions have been made to the Adapter Framework section.
