Use

Note the following changes and new features in the administration and configuration of Knowledge Management in SAP NetWeaver 04 Support Package Stack 19.

 

Reports (Changed)

User Resources

Until now, the user resources report has only been able to find user resources. As of this release, the report also finds all objects for which a particular user group or role has permissions. To find these items, you must activate the new Search Permissions for Groups and Roles as Well parameter for the report.

You can use the Transfer command to transfer the permissions for the items found to another user, but you cannot transfer the permissions to multiple users or to roles or user groups.

Copy

You can use the copy report to copy items and their ACLs.

If you want to copy items and their ACLs, the ACL security manager, which is delivered by SAP, must be assigned in the source folder repository and in the target repository.

Support for the 64-Bit Version of MICROSOFT WINDOWS 2003 (New)

The file system mount service and the WINDOWS security manager (W2kSecurityManager) now support the 64-bit version of MICROSOFT WINDOWS 2003.
