New Functions and Changes

 

Some of the adapters shipped by SAP have new parameters and functions.

Adapters (Enhanced)

The Conversion Agent provides additional functions.

Conversion Agent (Enhanced)

Adapters have a new module that enables you to convert an XML document to simple text format. The document structure is checked during the conversion.

XML to Text Conversion Module (New)

The standard functions for arithmetic calculations in message mappings calculate with the precision of the data type float as the default setting. You can now use the precision of the class BigDecimal for a selection of the standard functions.

Two new parameters are available in the plain J2SE Adapter Engine.

In the communication channel monitor, you can now monitor the RNIF and CIDX adapters as well.

Index administration now has a fast indexing method.

In the qRFC monitor, you can now display information about the process definition, runtime, and inbound processing settings of a process for an LUW processing an integration process (function module SWF_XI_MSG_RAISE_EVENT).

You can now configure the qRFC queue that is assigned to a particular process type individually.

Two more CCMS monitors are now available for the central monitoring of the Business Process Engine:

In the personal workflow settings, you can now specify that only the details of the last loop run are displayed in the technical workflow log for a loop.

The work item display now shows all XML messages that are processed in a process, on a separate XML Messages tab page.
