Checking the Trace and Log in the
CCMS 
In the CCMS, you can check the trace and log that the client sent to the server.
· The log is sent during the synchronization when critical errors occur in the client.
· The trace is not activated by default. It must be activated and sent manually (see Activating Tracing on the Mobile Device). The entries in the trace file are displayed as individual rows in the CCMS. If you want to display the entire trace file use the text editor. For more information on analyzing the trace file, see Analysis of Trace File.

1. Start transaction RZ20.
2. Choose SAP Mobile Infrastructure Monitor Templates ® Mobile Infrastructure.
3. Choose Logs and Traces ® SAP MI Client Component and then Client Logs or Client Traces for the system required.
4. You can display all the logs and traces. You can also:
¡ Flag messages as completed
¡ Cancel messages that have already been completed
5. Choose Selection Screen to select which logs or traces you want to display.
