Checking the Configuration of the Mobile Device 

Use

You can use the Computer Center Management System to check how the mobile device is configured. In doing so, you check the following:

·        Which operating system is installed

·        The available memory

·        MI-specific information such as the client version, and whether a setup package was used for the installation.

Procedure

...

       1.      Start transaction RZ20.

       2.      Choose SAP Mobile Infrastructure Monitor Templates   ®  Mobile Infrastructure.

       3.      For the required system, open Configuration  ® SAP MI Client Component, and choose Display of Devices.

       4.      Enter the filter criteria for the devices. You can filter by device ID or user, as well as by configuration values.

       5.      Choose Execute to display the devices and their configurations.
