Process documentation Uninstalling Mobile Devices Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

If a mobile device no longer exists or the client is no longer used on a particular device, you can uninstall SAP MI from the mobile device.

Process Flow

...

       1.      The user synchronizes with the mobile device for the last time to transfer any data to the server that may not yet have been synchronized.

       2.      The administrator uninstalls the client on the mobile device (see Uninstalling the SAP MI Clientsap).

       3.      The administrator deletes the data for the mobile device on the server (see Searching for and Deleting Mobile Devices No Longer in Usesa).
