Using the Expert Tool for Error Analysis 

Use

You can use the expert tool for a particular device to directly switch to the display of the errors that have occurred on this device.

Prerequisites

●      You are using Smart Synchronization.

●      You have started the Mobile Administrator.

●      You have enabled the use of the expert tool (see Enabling the Use of the Expert Tool).

Procedure

...

       1.      Switch to the Device Maintenance function.

       2.      Specify the search criteria and activate the Display Devices with Errors option.

       3.      Start the search.

       4.      Select the device for which you want to display the errors.

       5.      Switch to the Errors tab page.

       6.      Choose Expert Tool.

If you want to display errors according to different criteria, use the monitoring tool (see Monitoring Tool).
