Synchronous Collaboration Framework Post
Installation Procedure 
This procedure describes tasks to be performed after installation of the portal, which includes Collaboration for SAP Enterprise Portal.
The Synchronous Collaboration Framework (SCF) enables synchronous collaboration services. SCF is installed along with the installation of Collaboration for SAP Enterprise Portal.
Two synchronous collaboration service providers are included with the initial installation of the Collaboration for SAP Enterprise Portal. The initially installed synchronous collaboration service providers are:
· Real Time Collaboration (SAP RTC), which provides application sharing
· WebEx, which provides the WebEx meeting center service
The Collaboration for SAP Enterprise Portal has been fully installed.
Upon installation
of Collaboration for SAP Enterprise Portal, synchronous collaboration services
are not activated. You must
activate synchronus collaboration service types before they can be used. To activate service types, see
