In the standard configuration, the User Details iView provides users with the following information:

      User name (with a context menu for launching collaboration services, if necessary)

      Services for collaborating with the user (group of links on the iView user interface), see Configuring Collaboration Services

      User photograph (see Photo Maintenance and Hiding User Photographs).

      User attributes, for example, user ID, e-mail address, company, department, see Configuration of the User Attributes in the User Details iView

Optional Settings

To tailor the User Details iView to suit your company-specific requirements, you can configure the following properties, if necessary:

Show Photo in User Details Dialog

Options: Yes or No

      Yes
If a photograph of the user is available in the system, it appears. Otherwise, a photograph placeholder appears.

      Nein
No photograph and no photograph placeholder appear.

Type Mapping Key for the Collaboration Services

Technical key of the command group that corresponds to the links to collaboration services in the User Details iView.

Property Structure

Overrides the default property structure, if separate User Details iViews are required for different user groups.

You may have to use different User Details iViews if you have to minimize the display of user data for certain user groups for security reasons (see Structure linkDifferentiating User Data Display in External Portals)
