Specifying the Sort Order 
Use this screen to specify or delete sort orders for specific fields, and to arrange entries according to priority.

This is an optional step.
To specify sort order for a field
...
1. From the Field drop-down list, select the field for which to specify a sort order.
¡ The drop-down list displays the fields you selected on the Select Fields screen.
2. In the Order drop-down list, specify whether the order should be Ascending or Descending.
3. Click Add to transfer the sort entry to the sort order list.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional sort entries. You may add as many entries as you wish.
To arrange sort entry priority
...
1. Select an entry in the sort list.
2. Click Up to increase the priority of the sort entry.
3. Click Down to decrease the priority of the sort entry.
To delete a sort entry
...
1. Select an entry in the sort list.
2. Click Delete.

Once you have configured sort entries the way you want (or left the selections blank if you don't want to specify sort orders), click Next.
You proceed to the Preview Result screen, or you proceed to a screen in which to configure template-specific parameters (for the Heatmap and Minimum/Maximum templates).
