Use

This procedure describes how to display the results of checks performed in the background.

Prerequisites

You must have performed some checks.

The re sults of the most recent check are displayed.

Procedure

To display check results:

  1. Choose Utilities ® Display check results.
    2.

    Note

    If the checks have not finished, you get a message to that effect. In this case, try to display the results later.

    You go to the check results list.

    The check results list shows the results of checks that you performed.

    If errors occurred, the folders in which they occurred are listed under the check. They are highlighted in red.

  2. Select a folder to get check result details.
  3. Choose Folder ® Display Info Objects.

    4. You go to the Info O bject List, which contains the i nfo o bjects with errors.

  4. Select an information object with errors.
  5. Choose Error message.
    6.

    The error message for the i nfo o bject with errors is displayed in the status line.

  6. Click on the status line.

You go to the error message long text, which contains problem solution tips.

Result

You can correct the information objects from the error list.

Once you have corrected all the information objets, start the check again.

Repeat the steps until no more incorrect information objects are displayed.
