This workbook compares the personnel costs for the current month with the costs for the corresponding month in the previous year. It also compares the costs incurred in the current fiscal year up to the current month with the costs incurred during the corresponding time frame in the previous year. The personnel costs are listed by employee subgroup and wage type. The variances are displayed at the month and year level.
