Use

Use this function e.g. if you want to use a test case delivered by SAP (or another existing one) as a template, and do not want to change it.

Procedure

To copy a test case:

  1. Go to the CATT initial screen.
  2. Specify a test case. You can enter it directly or using F4 help or your favorites list.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  4. Enter a name for the new test case which is to be created by copying, in the following dialog box.
  5. Confirm the dialog box with This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have created a test case with the name specified under 4. You can now edit this test case.
